A Case Report
รายงานผู้ป่วย :
เซรามิกวีเนียร์ 10 ซี่ ในฟันหน้าและฟันกรามน้อยบน ในผู้ป่วยที่มีฟันสึกบิ่นและบิดซ้อนเล็กน้อย ร่วมกับต้องการสีฟันที่สว่างขึ้นโดยยังดูเป็นธรรมชาติ
- เพื่อปรับสีและรูปร่างของฟัน
- เพื่อปรับแก้ไขรอยยิ้มให้ผู้ป่วยยิ้มอย่างมั่นใจและดูเป็นธรรมชาติ
ความท้าทาย :
1. พบปัญหาเหงือกร่นบริเวณฟันบนด้านซ้าย แต่ขณะยิ้มมีริมฝีปากช่วยปิดอยู่ทำให้ไม่เห็นความยาวที่ไม่เท่ากันระหว่างฟันทางด้านซ้ายและขวา ผู้ป่วยจึงไม่มีความจำเป็นต้องผ่าตัดปลูกเหงือก
2. ฟันกรามน้อยบิดซ้อน ทำให้มองจากด้านหน้าไม่ค่อยสมมาตร ต้องออกแบบขอบเขตของวีเนียร์บนซี่ฟันกรามน้อยให้สามารถแก้ไขรูปร่างได้และกรอเนื้อฟันของผู้ป่วยน้อยที่สุด
Case Report :
10 ceramic veneers in upper anterior and premolar teeth in patient with mildly worn-chipped and crooked teeth with a desire of having a naturally brighter tooth shade
- to change tooth shade and shape
- for smile correction helping patient to smile confidently and naturally
Challenges :
1. Receded gum on the top left area might lead to gum surgery for root coverage. Luckily during a full smile there is no gum line exposure, then asymmetrical length of teeth on both sides do not affect the esthetic concern.
2. Mildly rotated premolars on both sides showed an unpleasant front view of patient’s smile. Carefully designed outline for ceramic veneers must be carried out for improving the front view of tooth shape and still being minimally invasive treatment that preserves the tooth structure.
